Domestic & International Shipping

I offer worldwide shipping.

  • Original Paintings: Shipped with full tracking and insurance.

  • Art Prints: Shipped with full tracking and insurance.

Processing Times

  • Originals: Please allow 5–7 business days for professional packing and documentation.

  • Prints: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Commissions: Timelines for Custom Commissions vary and will be discussed during the consultation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders outside of the US, please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. I recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Packaging

Every piece of art is handled with extreme care:

  • Originals: Wrapped in acid-free glassine paper, surrounded by bubble wrap, and secured in a double-walled corrugated box.

  • Prints: Shipped in heavy-duty mailing tubes or rigid flat-mailers to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

I want you to love your new artwork. If you are not satisfied, there is a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received.

  • Original Art & Limited Editions: Because of the delicate nature of these items, return shipping must be insured and tracked at the buyer's expense.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom commissions.

Damaged Artworks

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork immediately.

  2. Contact me at contact@eeshanmalhotrastudio.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. I will arrange for a replacement for prints or a full refund/restoration for originals at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
